About Us

Abby Neal Abby Neal has been a real estate broker for over 20 years. Having moved over 25 times she understands the joys and agonies of moving, buying and selling homes. She has earned the Accredited Buyer Broker, Certified Residential Specialist and Graduate Realtor® Institute designations. Abby served for a number of years as a director of both the Local and State boards of Realtors® and is a past president of the Merry Meeting Board.

Some of the fun things she enjoys beyond real estate are knitting, dogs and cats, needlepoint and riding across the country in her 1950 MG with her husband. She also enjoys traveling and hopes to see her two grandsons frequently in Greenville, Maine and Watchfield, England.

Heidi Sargent Heidi Sargent hones her real estate passion from her longtime love of the Mid Coast area. She grew up in an 1820 Sea Captain’s Home on the Kennebec River in Bath. Following nine military moves around the country, she chose the Town of Brunswick to raise her own children, who at ages 21 and 23 today, thank her for the experience of growing up in a small Maine community. 2005 marks her eighth year of Real Estate practice and her full partnership in The Brunswick Realty Group. Heidi combines her years of training, experience, and knowledge of the business with her enthusiasm, integrity, and professionalism, to ensure her clients a pleasant experience in what can be a very emotional time. Her keen sense of understanding her clients needs and her willingness to listen and devote herself full time to her job, sets Heidi apart from the rest. "I am a 'people' person, first and foremost—it is of the utmost importance that I treat my clients with the same trust and respect that I wish to be treated."
